· 9+ years of experience in software programming in Java / J2ee technologies

· Minimum 4 years into technical project management with team management experience

· Experience of leading Java enterprise applications, multithreaded applications projects in development / support environment

· Strong in Webservices, Object models, Core Java, Spring, XML, JMS

· Good in database design, tuning, procedures & related activities

· Proven expertise in design patterns – able to translate high level design into detail technical design & implementations

· Able to provide leadership & mentor offshore technical team

· Able to work with top management to define strategic vision for projects

· Work closely with the development teams to resolve all EOD issues

· Focus on continuous improvements on end-to-end software processes

· Excellent communication, client interaction & presentation skills
