Technical Lead/Module Lead/Principal Engineer-J2EE

Job Profile

-Work on development projects.
-Contribute to architectural discussions and innovation in the project
-Lead, support and mentor developers and others throughout SunGard on a variety of issues, including development support & design.
-Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems.
-Map complex business requirements to current architecture and design new or refactor areas where insufficient infrastructure exists in the project.
-Participate, contribute, assimilate and represent Infinity's position on changes, enhancements and design being done to the project
-Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future releases.
-Job functions require exercising independent judgment in order to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, and recommend changes to project’s practices and procedures.
-Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
-Will be required to create and maintain technical and process documentation

Skills:
-Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design
-Stays technically current with Java,J2ee,
-Knowledge of current technical architecture standards such as n-tier architecture.
-Excellent etiquette and verbal communication skills.
-6 + Years of total experience
