Position : AVP / VP – Technical, Technical Leads

Technologies : C++ or Java, Sybase / Oracle, Unix

Experience : 6+ years

Location : Mumbai

Below are few specs on job requirement but not limiting to the same.



· 7+ years of experience in technology software programming

· Experience largely should be in C++ or Java with Sybase or Oracle as database

· Experience of leading Java enterprise applications, multithreaded applications projects in development / support environment

· Strong Object Oriented programming, full SDLC & lead experience

· Good in database design, tuning, procedures & related activities

· Proven expertise in design patterns – able to translate high level design into detail technical design & implementations

· Able to provide leadership & mentor offshore technical team

· Experience on Unix / Shell Script / Perl Script is desired

· Sound client interaction, coordination & able to solve development issues

· Nice to have: Knowledge of Financial domain projects

· Effective communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
