Dot net Technical Architect for Atos Origin @ Pune

Requirements for Technical Architect (GCM-5):

Experience: 9yrs to 15 yrs

MUST Have:

* Hands on Experience working on latest technologies
o .NET 3.0/3.5 (WF, WPF, WCF)
o Min. 10years of hands on experience working on Microsoft Technologies
o Biztalk Server

* Experience using OOAD, Unified Modeling Process/RUP, design patterns and frameworks, best practices, standards
* Hands on experience in designing, architecting
* Can conduct architectural and design audits
* Able to formulate complete technical solution including architecture (for given NFRs, etc.), efforts estimation, technical risks, etc. to given complex business problems, RFP. Taking ownership of technical solution.

* Able to provide technical solutions to performance and optimization related issues
* Contribute to reusable components repository, frameworks,POCs, case studies, white papers
* Can lead small to medium size teams of Designers, System Analysts
* Can groom designers into technical architect role
* Good communication skills, Documentation and Presentation

* Should be able to interact with customers, respond to technical queries from customer, present technical solutions, etc.
* Taking technical ownership of projects/services involved in
* Innovative, Tech savvy, Foreword looking, proactively keeping track of technology trends
* Good attitude, Proactive, Independent, Multi-tasker

Nice to Have:
- MOSS
- SOA, Web 2.0 / Enterprise 2.0
- Certifications: Technical Architect, TOGAF
- Estimation using FPA
- Migration from Legacy applications to .NET (such as VB/ASP to .NET; Lotus Notes to SharePoint)
