Java Architects for MNC @ Pune

You should have:
·10+ years of software programming experience in industry
·Minimum 5 years of experience in Java / J2ee technologies
·Should have worked for min. 2 projects in the capacity of Technical Architect
·Technical Skills should be on
Core Java / J2ee,
MVC frameworks,
App Server,
Unix / Solaris,
J2ee skills
·Good exposure on SQL Server or Sybase into queries, procedures & related skills
·Should have made contribution in design patterns using different tools, server side frameworks & database skills during the project deliveries
·Able to guide team through architecting, designing, & development life cycles
·Effective team management of large size & able to lead & motivate them well
·Exposure in finance Domain projects with full SDLC projects related to Java / J2ee technologies is a plus
·Should be capable to contribute in technical architecting, design & solutions
·Good communication, presentation skills & matured personality
