Involve in coding, designing, code reviews, lead a team, be a part of global development team, interact with business people onsite, participate in business / domain discussions, project management. Comply SDLC, processes, methodologies & best practices in application developments.

4+ years of experience in software programming in Java / J2ee technologies
Experience of leading Java enterprise applications, multithreaded applications projects in development / support environment
Strong in Webservices, Object models, Core Java, Spring, XML, JMS
Good in database design, tuning, procedures & related activities preferred Sybase
Proven expertise in design patterns – able to translate high level design into detail technical design & implementations
Able to provide leadership & mentor offshore technical team
Able to work with top management to define strategic vision for projects
Work closely with the development teams to resolve all EOD issues
Focus on continuous improvements on end-to-end software processes
Excellent communication, client interaction & presentation skills
